    From the architecture, construction stages, choice of materials used, and 100% renewable energy usage, every decision in creating Coulibri Ridge was made with the goal of reaching maximum efficiency to reduce the immediate and long-term environmental footprint.

  • Fostering Resilience

    Through the creation of its REZDM organization, Coulibri Ridge is directly involved in the construction of resilient communal infrastructures such as the primary school in the village of Soufriere and a jetty in the neighboring fishing village of Scott's Head, helping to the communities preserve their local village life and economy.

  • Protecting Wildlife

    To help maintain one of Dominica's important asset, Coulibri Ridge's REZDM organization is actively involved in the Soufriere-Scott's Head Marine Reserve coral restoration project through the purchase of a dedicated boat and the employment of staff for the daily survey and treatment of the reserve's coral.
