  • Sustainable Energy

    Photovoltaic panels help reduce the consumption of electricity from the network and a modern supply and carbon footprint control system allows them to adjust consumption to align with annual objectives.

  • Protecting the Environment

    ARTIEM Asturias prioritizes the purchase of local and seasonal products reduces the effects of importing food products and other goods. Energy-saving “airplane mode” gives guests the option to completely disconnect all energy consumption in their guestrooms.

  • Support & Honor the Community

    Organizes cultural festivals in Quintueles, Quintes, and Villaviciosa, and sponsors local sporting events. The hotel donates 100% of the price of every booking in Habitación Solidaria, the Solidarity Room, to Cáritas, an organization of the Oviedo Diocese dedicated to supporting vulnerable and excluded people in the community.

  • Reducing Waste

    Eliminated all single-use plastics in 2019. A filtered water system is used to refill glass bottles as water service in the bar, restaurant, and room service. Conscientiously changing bed sheets saves 7 liters of water daily.
